Registration/Cancelations/Transfers/Refunds/FAQ​

Below is all of our policies for Rise Racing at this time. All of these policies take in to account

the time it takes to put on races, the cost and also ensures a great experience for all.

We do not offer refunds, deferrals or transfers for our races. There are some exceptions to that which is all laid out below.

Refunds and Credits

​

 30 days out or more100% race credit 

Less than 30 days: No credit

​

Credits are good for 5 years to use.

Any military that has training, related duties or deployed can get 100% race credit. 

Any women who has circumstances around getting pregnant, pregnancy pre and post are eligible for 100% race credit.

Volunteer Credits

​

1 credit for volunteering is 50% off

2 credits is a 100% comped entry (100 mi or shorter)

​

Dropdown in Distance

​

If you are registered and want to change your distance, go to your email confirmation and click on "Edit Order." You can also log into your Ultrasignup account > Registration History and select "Edit" for your race.
