Rob Goyen Owner and Race Director
of Rise Racing Co.
I have been in the sport of trail running since 2011. I have race directed over 100 races in the state of Texas including SkyRunning Races, 200 milers, Multi Day Events and Multiple National Championship Races. I helped to create the Houston Area Trail Runners in 2012. I also owned Trail Racing over Texas from 2014 to 2022. I created the iconic races like Brazos bend, habanero hundred, franklin mountain trail run, coyote trail run, paris pair and many others.
At the end of the day trail running saved my life and putting on events is my way to serve people. I love doing it and I love sharing the stories along the way.
Although I took a break for a few years to enjoy the young years with our daughter I am back ready to create some iconic races and share the finish line with everyone again.
